Can the IIS component in Windows XP Pro SP2 be updated with the FP 2002
extensions?

Yes. But, what has this to do with ASP?

Can't run ASP pages on my machine (built in FrontPage), yet. Trying to keep
from installing Windows Server 2003, and use the IIS component that's part of
XP. I have installed this component, and cannot find any executable that
allows me to configure/administer IIS, and the Frontpage extensions.

So, ASP started this quest. I guess the topic more accurately resides in an
XP-IIS related forum?

ASP has nothing to do with FP server extensions, so, yes, I would recommend
an IIS newsgroup.
