| Getting a lot of All.dct errors in my event log lately:

unable to open the database
Every time i get this, I open the default.wti folder, and the ALL files
are there, except for All.dct. I delete them as per MSKB, and re-run
the Recalculate Hyperlinks function from the FP client... and all is
well.
I can't pinpoint what/who's killing the .DCT file. I have multimple
authors in differeing roles, with only 1 role that can recalc the web.
If a non-premitted user tries to run recalc, will that corrupt/delete
the all.dct file??
