Frontpage 2003 confirmation form return blank page

| I used FrontPage 2003 to create a feedback form from the template, I
published the Website to IIS, the FrontPage server extensions 2000 was
installed by using Windows XP Pro CD. I open the Website from the directory
under http://localhost/ and open the form, click on Preview in MS Internet
Explorer 6.0. After I entered data and clicked on the Submit button, there
was a blank Web page displayed and on the status bar it showed - Done. The
Hit Counter stayed as 1 and would not increase the number. I installed the
Office 2003 SP2, it didn't help. I installed FrontPage server extensions
2002, I got the error messages ---- FrontPage Error.User: please report
details to this site's webmaster. Webmaster: please see the server's
application event log for more details. This happened to two computers at
home and two computers at work while we did the testing. All the computers
have Windows XP Professional. Please help. Thank you.

| Did you check your local Logs files as indicated for any details?
Is the form sending to Email or just writing to file?
If writing to file, does the file exist and is it in a folder w/ write permissions (_private)

| I have the system admin's full permissions. And the form is a default
feedback form created from the template. It didn't send to an e-mail or a
database. It just ust send to a default file under _private folder. If I
uninstalled and reinstalled the IIS, the confirmation page will work. But
when someone created a from that might have problems the confirmation page
returned blank again. The only way I know how to get around was uninstall and
reinstall IIS, and the confirmation form will work again. If you can direct
me to look for a specific log file, I'll e-mail it to you or post it here.
