search page in Frontpage

| I am getting the http://myserver/_derived/nortbots.htm page when using my
search page.
I understand the component will only work when using the FP publish to a
server, but I have the website on a Win2003 server and frontpage editing it
directly from a second computer (no publishing involved).
Is there a workaround to get this search component page to work?

| But are you accessing the site on the server via http at all times? If not that is the problem or
part of the problem.

| I have FP2003 on my computer - the website I am editing is on a win2003
server. I am editing the pages directly on the server through FP and no
"publishing" is involved.

| How are you accessing the page on the server?
If you use a file path, like servername\\c:\wwwroot\myweb\pagename.htm, or
like j:\pagename.htm, you are editing a disc based web and will always get
the norbots.htm page.
You must accessusing a URL like http://example/pagename.htm
