I hit save and got server timed out message in frontpage 2003

I was editing a page then I hit save and got a server timed out
message in frontpage 2003, now I can't access any files.

My host says everything is ok on there end so my frontpage 2003
software must have experienced some error.

I tried uninstalling and installing extensions and I uninstalled
and reinstalled the fp 2003 software, still server timed out.

How do I fix this.
