FORM PROPERTIES NOT HOLDING

| Hey guys
I have FP2003 with server ext on our intranet server. When I create a form
and change the Form properties, the changes dont stay. (eg, I want an e-mail
result to have a certain subject line when it arrives in the inbox). I can
save the form and when I open again, the changes are gone.
Any ideas on what I might need to configure?

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a

| Right click in form in design view, going to 'Form Properties' and making my
changes on the second tab.
