FrontPage 2002 | Synchronization gives Error

Hi all,

the websites of our hosting soultion (Win 2003, IIS 6, websites on NAS
storage) have front page server extension installed over them. When I
connect to a website using FrontPage 2002, and want to synchronize the
data between my local m/c and the remote website, then I receive error
which says I might not have the permission for this operation. But
when I select the content that got changed and then synchronize, the
operation completes without any error.

Has any one come across such scenario? What could be the possible
problem?
