I am running server 2003 with IIS 6.0 and frontpage server extensions 2002. I
have set up all the mail settings as best as I could with the information I
have found. But the e-mail forms are still not working and frontpage is still
telling me that my server is not set up for it. What can I do to fix things?

Yes I did all of that. Frontpage 2003 is telling me that my server is not set
up for sending e-mail and when I tell it to leave the form the way it is and
test the page i can fill it in but when I hit submit it clears the form but I
recieve nothing in my e-mail

here is the link so you can see it

The page must be named with a .htm (or .html) extension to use the
FrontPage extensions.
The link below gives a 404 error - page not found

ok I changed it to .htm and now I am getting this error....I did everything
on the server that I could find to make it work...any Ideas?

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.

here is the addy

How did the page get to the server? Published, FTPed, or edited live
on the server?

If edited live, how was the web opened? Using http://servername or as
a file share?

The nortbots error normally occurs after only 4 situations:

1) You are testing on a disc-based website, including a FrontPage
disc-based web that is being browsed through a web-server.
2) You are testing on a website that does not have server extensions
installed or running
3) The site (or form page) was FTPed from a disc-based web, or
published using a FTP address for the destination, or published to a
file system destination including a network share or UNC address (like
\\machinename\path\webname). Publish must be to a URL of the form
http://example.com
4) There is a bug associated with FrontPage98 which causes this
problem.

You have to via http (Server-based) otherwise you are bypassing the FP extensions, so it is being
treated as a disk-based web.

Server error: The folder "/" is marked executable. You are not allowed to
put files into an executable folder on this server.

Your host must configure the FP server extensions to allow executables to be
uploaded.
