I am having a problem with a frontpage site, when a client clicks to submit
a form, they are prompted for a user name and password. I have checked all
server permissions and can't find anything. We host over 40 FP 2002 sites on
this server and this is the only one haveing problems. It is a 2000 server
with 2002 front page extensions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dom

Is the form writing to a file and if yes, is the file located in the _private folder?

Make sure the form is not in the _private folder, just the file that it writes to.

I have had a problem with this myself a couple of times in the past.
Seems like both times, reinstalling the extensions and republishing
resolved this for me.

It is not writing to a file, just emailing.
Thanks, Dom

That worked, I uninstalled and reinstalled the extensions.

Thanks, Dom
