Slow installation of FPSE 2002

| Hey all,
I have a Dell server with dual 1.2GHz Xeons, 1.0GB RAM, PERC SCSI
controller with a pair of 9GB drives mirrored for the OS and 4 drives
in a RAID5 arrangement or 160GB. It is running Windows 2003 Standard
with IIS6. Every time I go to extend FPSE 2002 on a site, it takes
upwards of 15-25 minutes. However, on my others servers, smaller and
less powerful, it takes 1 minute to maybe 2 at the most. The
configurations look right, but I must be missing something. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jared

| Hi,
I'm currently in the same position, and need to install extensions on a few
hundred sites, even an empty site is taking 10-15minutes. Have you managed
to find a solution?
Thanks,
David
