Frontpage 2003 hyperlinks don't function, using FP server extensio

When publishing from local to ISP (using Comcast cable), the hyperlinks on
the remote web still reference my C drive. So they don't work. My ISP uses FP
Server Extensions and I've signed up for that on the site. Any ideas?!?

You must have a web open when you are working on it, not just a page.
