Our Extranet is using basic authenication. Everything is working except our
feedback form.

When a logged in user hits submit on the form they are asked 3 times to
input their password afterwhich they are presented with a page that states:
--------------------
You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this page using your current user account.
Please try the following:
If you have another user account with a higher level of permission, click
your browser's Back button to try again using that account.
If you believe you should be able to view this page, contact the Web site
administrator.
--------------------

I've checked the users' accounts and passwords to make sure they are not
locked out and are correct.

When I login as administrator or someone who has admin rights, the form works.

My server is W2K (fully patched) and I'm using the latest FPSE and patches.

What setting have I missed? How do I allow users to submit forms?

Please let me know if you need additional information.
