FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows - How to install FP Server Extensions?

How to install FP Server Extensions?

My system is Win 2K + SP4. It also has Office 2K Pro + SP3.
I also installed FrontPage 2003.

I noticed from my Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs
that FP Server Extensions is not installed.
If I remember correct, the FP Server Extensions comes from the Office 2K Pro
CD (even if FP is not installed). When I tried now to add it from the
original Office CD, it does nothing - because the CD is much older than my
updated Office+SP3.

So where from do I get the most recent FP Server Extensions (to meat my
current level system) and how to install it?
