Author Frontpage 2000 exten. Question.

I have tried to publish my web site to my ISP, and receive a frontpage
extention error. I can access my previously published site but I cannot
change any content and save it using Open Web.
I am running version 4.02.8912 extentions and my ISP is running version
5.0.2.2623. Would this cause the problem and where do I download and update
my extentions to match theirs? I have used the automatic update feature on
Office's Support site and everything has been updated successfully, but not
the extentions.
This has been driving me nuts for days and Microsoft will not give me
technical support without a $250.00 charge.
I also have my ISP looking into it from their end.
Thanks in advance,
Todd
