Banner ad manager

I'm getting the sense that the FrontPage (2002) banner ad manager is pretty
flawed. I'm trying to rotate several pictures on this site but it won't work
on the Internet. All I get is a gray box. Works fine in preview.

Anyone have a hint as to what I'm doing wrong? Or is there a better way of
doing it?
