Can't run frontpage formmail - URGENT

A form created with Frontpage only works with users in the administrators
group. When form is submitted, it asks id & password, but none of the userid
work except administrator. What do I need to configure in Frontpage
extension
2002 (or anywhere else) to make it work?
Thanks

| It shouldn't be the FP extensions themselves. The problem is the permissions
for the server itself on files that are used by FP are incorrect. This often
happens when security policy is too strict on the server's permissions. Does
the form also save the results to a seperate file as well? If so, make sure
that the IUSR account has read/write/delete access to that file for it to
work.
The following documents may help the administrator determine where the error
may lie witht the permissions.
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...doc/owsa04.mspx
and especially this one:
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...doc/owsk01.mspx
Hope this helps,

| Dear Mar;
I looked into the articles, but found nothing unsual on our IIS server. I
have another one that runs the same Frontpage form fine. However, I can't
find any difference in permissions.
How do I find out about the correct FP version and SP/Hotfix?
Thanks
Bill
