Sharepoint Administrator can't see website

I have a web site I created with internet services manager but when I try to
use Sharepoint Administrator to apply FrontPage Extentions, SA can't see the
web site. The server curently has about 56 websites, its running IIS 5 with
FPE2002 and I can extend sites created after this one.
