It depends upon whether or not you have added the Indexing Service snapin to
the Admin Tools console. Did you ever see a web site properties panel with a
Tracking Tab on it? That is where you tell the catalog which site to index.

Not sure what you mean or did to point the searches "at the Intranet website"
