FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows

I am trying to convert a folder to a web through the folders listing. I
right click on the folder and select "Convert to web". After I select ok,
from the warning message, I get the following error:

"Server error: Cannot create folder _vti_pvt"

Is this a permissions issue? Is there a file that I need to delete?

Please help.

Yes, this is most likely a permissions issue. Need to run a "check and fix"
(2000) or "server health" (2002) on the extensions, which should correct it.
