Author Problems with 2003 Navigation Bars uploading to web page

My web server doesn't support sharepoint services. They support 2002
extentions. I want to use the themes or at least the navigation bars, but I
am unable to upload them. When I publish through the web page (not ftp) it
gives me an note that the page will not display properly because the feature
is not supported by my server (my link bars, etc.) Is there a way that I can
use the themes navigation bars when a server doesn't support sharepoint. I
have 2003 frontpage, but can use halve the features with it.

Ordinary FrontPage Navigation bars do not use either FP extensions nor
SharePoint services. Custom Navigation Bars require FP2002
extensions, not Sharepoint.

In Tools->Page Options - Authoring Tab, have you checked the boxes:
"Browse Time Web Components"
"Author Time Web Components"
"Navigation"

You may also need to set the Browsers to Custom, and Schema Version to
Internet Explorer 5.0.

If all these are set, then try opening the remote site, and inserting
the Nav Bar directly there.

Otherwise, give a link to the site.
