FrontPage Should change the name of the .cnt file to default with.

| When creating a counter on the home page, the counter ".cnt" file doesn't
change to match the name of the home page when Front Page automatically
changes the name of the home page from "index" to "default". Of course, i
could fix this fairly easily, but since we're talkin bells and whistles here,
this connection shouldn't get lost. When the system changes the name of one,
it should change the name of the other to match. It took me five minutes of
searching to figure out why the counter wouldn't reset to the number I chose.
Now I know more about counters, but I didn't want to learn that today. I'd
have gotten to it, eventually. Thanks.
