cannot sign into my web in frontpage

| when I try to update my web-site, I get asked for my password. after I enter
the password , FRONTPAGE AUTHENTICATION,
The same problem is happening with NET PASWORD.
even now I went thro; the change password and re-typed my old one again,
this time I got as far as you. please help.
