| When trying to enable FPSE for one of the sites on my hosting server, it was kind of behaving abnormally. That is, the site gets extended; but when the link 'Site Administration for...' is clicked and prompts for logon credentials, it doesnt accept any - neither domain nor local.
To work around, this I uninstalled and reinstalled FPSE from the server. But that didn't help. Even I verified the permissions as mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/?id=812614. Everything was properly setup.
The same thing works fine on servers on which SP1 is not installed. Does any one have a workaround (apart from uninstalling sp1)? Any updates from MS? I have heard that MS has warned hosting providers to not install sp1 as they will be bringing out another version of Sp1 for hosters in either June or September...true? | |
