Author Unclear Message Near End of Publishing w/FP 2002 SP3

I have managed to publish my first stab at web pages earlier today. That
worked fine. Since then, I've had problems getting the publishing process
through to completion. Here's what happens: After it seemed like nearly
all, (if not all,) of the web pages, images, etc. had been processed and as
horizontal publishing progress bar neared the end, a Microsoft FrontPage
message popped up that I simply don't understand. It read:

"The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse. If you are
trying to connect to a FrontPage server, check with the server's
administrator to make sure the FrontPage server extensions are installed
properly."

Since I had already connected to Comcast's FrontPage server, and nearly
completed the publishing process, that message seems decidedly odd,
especially since I had already been able to publish my web site on two
occasions this morning.

How can I get my web site to publish again properly?

Many times, this is an issue on your local machine due to restrictions by a
firewall or anti-virus program.
