Why Can't I Get FP 2002 to Publish?

| Every time I try to publish a web site on Comcast, FP 2002 correctly informs
me that no such web site as https://home.comcast.net/smithrms exists at that
location and it asks if I want FP 2002 to create the web site at that
location. Every time I have clicked the OK button. And every time I get an
FP error message, stating that There is no web named "/"
How can I get around this roadblock?

| I have virtually the same problem, except I'm using FP 2003 SP1. Comcast is
zero help. Their online documentation says you will get that error if you
don't enter everything in lower-case, but that's not the problem.
I've uninstalled and re-installed the FP extensions a few times, but it
hasn't helped. Was anybody ever able to help solve this problem?
