Installing Server Extensions

I'm trying to install FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 for Windows on a
Windows 2000 Server machine; I keep getting an error message saying "The
system cannot open the device or file specified". I've looked for help on
the net, but could not find any information on this problem. This server has
IIS running on it.
