FrontPage Server Extensions for Windows

When I attempt to login to my website, it will not take
the login/password. I notice that the heading of the
loging box says "Secured Frontpage on www.etc

I am the hosting company

- we have about 100 sites using FP but this one website seems to be having an issue. No others are. I can connect, publish etc. We have removed the extensions and reapplied them.

What else might be the issue ?

BTW this is only on publishing. You can view the website via IE with no problems.
