Whenever I attempt to publish to http://localhost/mywebsite I get the
following server error: The server extensions were unable to access the file
"frontpg.lck". Please check the file permissions. I am the Administrator and
have "full access". I am not sure why I am getting this error however I
cannot publish to my "localhost". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the subweb myweb exist under http://localhost/
If so open it in FP and try reverse publishing

Stefan, thank you for the response. I do not have a subweb under localhost. I
can access the Admin page for localhost and it shows that I am an
"Administrator".

Stefan, once again, Thank YOU! Something you said triggered another thought.
I did go to the localhost and create the subweb however I discovered that
while I am the "Administrator" the actual login to my user (with password) is
not with the name Administrator. I went into the Administration for localhost
and added my user name with full responsibilities, and was able then to
create all the subwebs (or folders) as needed an upload them to localhost.
Does this make sense?
