I made a website on my desktop in Frontpage 2000. Since then have purchased
a laptop and have Frontpage 2003 installed on it. I am not able to access my
website to edit, publish and continue the work of administrating it. Any
suggestion? I keep getting a message that says the server is unable to find
the server extensions. Thanks for any advice. I also tried installing FP
2000 onto the laptop, but I also get a message when I attempt to open pages
that says "server error: cannot open file "server.lck" for writing". Any
help is appreciated.

You don't need FP 2000 and should uninstall it if it is still installed
- you may want to reinstall or repair FP 2003
(to remove any common file affected by the FP 2000 install)

The problem you are having is how you "transferred" your PC site to your laptop
See

Also make sure if you use a CD to transfer it you remove all read only attributes from all files and folders
(that's what gave you the server.lck error)
