Try the following:
* FTP to the Site
mv .htaccess .htaccess.save
mv _vti_pvt/services.cnf _vti_pvt/services.cnf.orig

* Then use cpanel to reinstall the extensions

Note: Once you have your site back up, you can use the FP admin pages
to create a new username and password and delete the stolen one. Open
the web in your client then use tools -> server -> permissions to
access.
