Thanks. I got ace-host.net to ftp to the site the mv.htaccess information.
Then you said I should go to FrontPage (mine is 2002) and open the site and
use tools->server-> permissions to access. There is no "server" under tools
(this is the web site off line). If I go to cpanel, my option is to use
FrontPage Extensions which only allows me to install or uninstall FrontPage
extensions since ace-host.net is using Linux although I am using Windows XP
Professional. I still get the security violation error when trying to
publish. Thanks for your help. Please remember that I am not too techie.
