I went to cpanel and even though the FrontPage extensions said they were
installed, I reinstalled them. There is always a warning saying that
installing or uninstalling the front page extensions will result in the loss
of all .htacess files. Therefore, I got the following code after
reinstalling them. It said: " Starting install, port: 80.

Creating web http://www.getgreatart.com.
Chowning Content in service /.
Error: An access setup description is required when creating the root web."
Therefore, when I opened the web site in FrontPage 2002 I received a security
violation just like I always do. You talk about "tools>server>permission"
and I don't see that since I go through cpanel and ace-host.net. I just want
to be able to upload through using "Publish " in FrontPage 2002. Please
help. Thanks.
