Cannot Open Subweb on remote server

| I recently moved a site from one Win 2003 srv (sp1 IIS 6) box to another box
and ran a clean install of Fpse 2002. I reset all the fp permissions on my
website. While the permissions appear to work correctly from a browsing
perspective. Editing is another story. As an administrator I am able to open
and edit sites via frontpage live from the remote server. However, my
authors cannot. I haven't been able to find a kb article referencing this
specific problem. I'm wondering if I have corrupt server extensions on my
box or if there is another known issue out there I haven't seen.
Thanks!

| How did you move the site from one server to the other?
