I have a form with input fields and multiple file upload areas. I have the
form configured to email results to me. Everything works fine except the
file uploads store locally on the web server. I'd like to have them attached
to the email with the form results. Can this be done? Thanks in advance for
any help.

Not when using the FrontPage extensions to process the form. Requires
server side scripting using whatever technologies (asp, asp.NET, PHP,
Perl/CGI) and email component (Jmail, CDOSYS, CDONTS etc.) your server
supports.
