when I publish my frontpage site, the remote site has bad links

| I edit my frontpage site on my local computer, then publish it using
Frontpage Server Extensions onto my ISP's server. The problem is, the copy
of my site on my computer works fine. But on the actual server, the
index.htm file has somehow automatically been renamed to index.html. All the
hyperlinks to index.htm are broken. This makes the link bars fail to work
properly. In other words, my live site is just not navigable. Re-publishing
the web site or recalculating links doesn't seem to solve the problem. Why
does something (Frontpage?) rename my index.htm during the publishing process?

| Rename your local home page filename to index.html
- which is what your host apparently requires
