put in URL http://www.mylittleyellowduck.co.uk
then get this message
Unable to open http://www.mylittleyellowduck.co.uk, possible causes:
1. The web server may not have frontpage server Extenisions installed (IT HAS)
2. The Web server may be temporarily out of service (IT'S NOT)
3. If you are connecting through a proxy server, the proxy settings may be
incorrect. (HOW DO I CHECK THESE)
4. An error may have occurred in the web server. (I DON'T THINK SO)

I have found out my IP address and I am running Norton Internet security and
running a wirelss network through NETGEAR software can anyone help???

Check the settings in Norton - you need to allow FrontPage access to
the Internet. If the NetGear access point runs a firewall, you may
need to check that as well.

Proxy settings can be checked in Internet explorer: Tools->Internet
Options - Connections Tab, and look at the LAN settings (which will
probably have no Proxy information).

If the Proxy section is blank, you do not have a problem with Proxy
servers (unless your ISP uses one).

According to http://www.mylittleyellowduck.co.uk/_vti_inf.html your
site does not have FrontPage extensions installed, or they are
corrupted.

Thanks Ronx,

I told my host about this and they reinstalled extensions on the server, I
still cannot publish and when I look for the file you mentioned I get 'page
not found' too.... I am at a complete loss as to why i cannot publish, I have
tried everything. ;-(
any more tips appreciated.....
