Good day all, and I hope this is the correct newsgroup for this post.

I am using MS XP Pro (SP2), running IIS 5.1, using FP 2003.

When I open up IIS and right click on my web site (default one
"Default Web Site") and then select properties. I then go to the
Server Extension 2002 Tab. There it reads:

Microsoft WharePoint is installed on this Web Site
Version 5.0.2.2623

When I attempt to click on the settings button I get the following
message in a new browser window:

You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this page using your current user
account.
Please try the following:

If you have another user account with a higher level of permission,
click your browser's Back button to try again using that account.
If you believe you should be able to view this page, contact the Web
site administrator.

Well I am logged on to the machine as an Administrator, as this pc
isn't part of a domain. I have also applied, well attempted to apply
the latest security patch which should being my version to 5.0.2.48.3
per this article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...fpse2002win.asp

Well I have probably babbled enough, gonna post this and see if I get
any response today.

Thanks for any assistance.
