Why does publishing wizard say I am passing bad parameters?

I am a self taught web designer. I have designed a school web site that uses
the FrontPage search component and a feedback form that uses e-mail. When I
try to bulk upload my web pages using the FrontPage2002 publishing wizard, I
get the error message that bad parameters are being passed. I can upload a
few pages at a time but when I do so they do not work properly. In the
publishing wizard window, each of the pages has conflict written next to it.
I am assured by my host that the server has all the correct extensions - he
has successfully uploaded a version of my site.

I am running Windows XP professional which is fully up to date. My Office
suite which FrontPage was bundled with is Office XP Pro SP3. Please bear in
mind my inexperience with the various tools.
