Frontpage extension install problem on Win Server 2003

I mistakenly intalled Frontpage 2002 extension on a Windows 2003 server the
wrong way....not using the "add/remove" method. I have tried to uninstall
the FP Extensions and install the correct way, but I still get limited use of
the FP Extensions. How do I fix this? Thanks!
