| I called MS and got support for my FP2003. Apparently after getting to the
ASP group and informing them that it may be due to an MS update, we ran
regmon on my laptop and found that the IUSR_computername account was NOT
present in the HK_classes portion of the registry.
I added the account to the root of the classes registry and propogated the
changes down and that fixed the issue.
I had to re-create my localhost sites (and copy the data back into them),
but I was up and running within a 1/2 hour.
Hope this helps anyone else with this issue.
