In FrontPage 2003, how do I correct a save results component ?

| I have set up a form on my website, to collect comments from readers of my
writing. However, when I test it, results don't come through to my private
file. A report on the page concerned says "This page contains a FrontPage
Save Results component that will not function properly". Well I know that!
The "Identify and resolve errors on a page" item in Help only tells me how to
open the page concerned, to edit it. I need some means of diagnosing the
problem. My ISP tells me that FrontPage Server Extensions are functioning
properly. Grateful any steers.

| Has your host set up the forms to email transport for your form in the
server extensions on the remote web site?

| Thanks for your response, Tom. I put your question to my ISP (host) and have
been informed that they have checked the _private/form_results.htm file at my
website and it does contain results sent through by the form. They say that
if I want to access the results sent to this file I shall have to use
Frontpage or some other FTP software to access the site, download this file
to my computer and then access it from there. This would need to be done each
time I wish to see an updated version of the file. Alternatively they can
change the code so that the results of each form submission are E-mailed
directly to me. I've opted for the latter as it seems the most convenient.
Was this the procedure you had in mind?
