Author FP 2003 and IIS Error

I have a 2003 server w/ a FP 2003 site on it. All of the sudden, when you
submit an email form (contact us) html page, the following is displayed
after hitting the submit button:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.


Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.



This all used to work, but not anymore.

The csv file that all the data is stored in is updated with the contents of
the form, but no email is sent. Does anyone have any idea how to correct
this?
