| What error does the form give? Without the error we can't know exactly why
it is having trouble. One thing that comes to mind is when the mail server
requires an authenticated login to send an email. The FP Server Extensions
can't send an authentication to the mail server so in this case it fails.
Please post your exact error though and we'll see what we can come up with.
