different domainnames (www.website1.com, www.website2.com) go to my server
at ip 123.456.789.0
In IIS I can make hostheaders, so www.website1.com goes directly to
http://123.456.789.0/website1 and www.website2.com goes directly to
123.456.789.0/website2.

But when I try to open www.website1.com with frontpage it goes wrong, I
still have to open http://123.456.789.0/website1
What I've to configure to open directly www.website1.com with frontpage ?!

You really should have a dns entry for website1.com and website2.com in your
dns server which points to the proper ip address.

Other things you might try are:

1: create newtwork folders for each site and, in FrontPage, browse to the
site using the network place control.

2: Make sure that the sites are listed in the local, Intranet zone and not
to use proxy.
