How can i install IIS Manager

I installed windowsXP Professional.IIS is installed.when i am trying to open
the IIS Manager an error is coming like:
Snap-in failed to initialize
Name : <unknown>

then I uninstalled IIS and also IIS6 Manager .after rebooting again i
installed IIS. but now IIS6 Managerbydefault with IIS.

can you please give me a suggestion?
