How to resolve snap-in failed error message

Hi,
I installed windowsXP Professional.IIS is installed.when i am trying to open
the IIS Manager an error is coming like:
Snap-in failed to initialize
Name : <unknown>
CLSID : {A841B6C2-7577-6666-BB1F-00A0C922E79C}

then I uninstalled IIS and also IIS6 Manager .after rebooting again i
installed IIS.but then also i got the same error message.
can you please give me a suggestion?
