Hello,
after reading some articles :
i installed FP se & the security patch file
i published my form page
i got this result

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.


Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

some help pleas

Did You create in or publish to http://localhost/ (your local FP SE site), and test there?
- if the form is sending to Email you can't test that locally w/ a SMPT mail server
