can't configure FPSE

Hi,
When I right-click on my website in IIS and select Properties adn Server
Extensions 2002/Settings, it brings up a web page to configure FPSE (SMTP,
etc). I can fill in all of the fields buy when I hit the submit button,
nothing happens. I have uninstalled the FPSE's, and reinstalle/restarted,
but still no luck.

Anyone else run into this?
