| karakas 2006-01-14, 5:50 pm |
| Hi,
I am trying to configure FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 on Windows 2003
server. During configuration it hangs up. I uninstalled/reinstalled FrontPage
Server Extensions many times, but it did not help.
Thanks for any kind of help.

| The only FP2002 extensions that are available for Windows 2003 are those from the Windows 2003 CD,
is this where you are installing them from?

| Yes, I am installing from the windows 2003 CD. Windows Add/Remove components
is asking this cd during installation.

| There have been many reports of this problem when installing SP1. It seems
to be okay in the version that comes preinstalled with the O/S. The only
resolution we've heard is to uninstall SP1 or contact MS supports.
