How do i create a form without using server extensions?

| I want to put a form on my website, but my ISP doesn't support server
extensions. Know I think I know how to set it up, choosing other for database
and letting Frontpage create the database for me, then changing the .asp to
..htm. So, now that I have done that. I have no clue what to do. Like do I
have to do anything with the submit button, and how do I view the results
from input into the form? Or, if this is even possible.

| You ask your web host what they offer or support that you can use to process forms on your web site.
You can only use an Access database on a Windows IIS web server, in which case most Windows host
will also have the FP extensions available.

| My ISP is a new company, and when I called their technical support, he
referred me to a website that could help, I searched in that website, but
still haven't found anything to help me out.
http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp I know there is a way, I've been told
there was, but I can't figure it out. Something about a database and saving
it so you have a file on your website that you can view, but I'm not sure.

| You web host must tell you what they support. If they can't tell you that, then you need to new web
host.
